No. Hosted Voice and SIP Trunking are month-to-month. Dedicated fiber and SD-WAN carry a term because the build cost is amortised over it — 12, 24 or 36 months, your choice, and the rate is fixed for the term.
Yes. We handle the port end to end, including LOA paperwork with your current carrier. Porting typically completes in 7–10 business days and we keep your old service live until the cutover succeeds.
Every voice plan includes automatic failover to a backup route — a second carrier for SIP trunks, or LTE on SD-WAN sites. You can also set a failover number so inbound calls forward to mobiles if a site loses power entirely.
Hosted Voice and SIP Trunking have no install fee. Dedicated fiber may carry a construction charge if a build is required to your suite; we quote that up front before any work is scheduled.
